



Kourtney “KP” Pina is a single mother, successful businesswoman, philanthropist, community activist, and leader. She is the co-owner of Lit Cigar & Martini Lounge in downtown Tampa and Lit Hospitality Group. She is also a luxury realtor, podcast host, and motivational speaker.
KP was born in Providence, Rhode Island, and moved to Cape Coral, Florida, when she was 8 years old. She grew up in Brandon, Florida, and graduated from Brandon High School. She attended the University of Tampa and USF, where she studied criminal justice and political science.
After college, KP began her career in hospitality working for Hooters. She quickly rose through the ranks, eventually becoming a manager and trainer. In 2013, she co-founded Lit Cigar & Martini Lounge in Channelside, Tampa. The lounge quickly became a popular spot for locals and tourists alike.
In 2017, Lit Cigar & Martini Lounge was forced to close its doors due to new ownership. However, KP and her partners were determined to reopen the lounge. They found a new location in downtown Tampa and reopened the lounge in 2020. The new location was an instant success, and Lit Cigar & Martini Lounge is now one of the most popular lounges in Tampa.
In addition to her work in hospitality, KP is also a philanthropist and community activist. She is a board member of several organizations, including the Boys & Girls Club of Tampa Bay and the United Way of Tampa Bay. She is also a mentor to young women and a motivational speaker.
KP is a strong believer in the power of faith and hard work. She is an inspiration to women and entrepreneurs everywhere. She is proof that anything is possible if you set your mind to it.
